ABIT: Custom Interval Workouts

1. Download ABIT from the App Store or Google Play and open the app. 2. Create an account or continue as guest to save workouts and sync progress. 3. Build a workout by setting rounds, work/rest durations, warmup/cooldown, and choose audio or vibration cues; use presets for HIIT or Tabata to save time. 4. Preview and start the timer; follow on-screen, audio, and vibration cues to move through intervals, with pause, skip, and repeat controls available. 5. Save and name your workout, view history and performance stats, and edit or share routines for future sessions.
