Alternatively, you can visit the Beyond Menu website if you prefer to place orders from your desktop or laptop. Create an Account or Log In: Sign up for a new Beyond Menu account by providing your email address and creating a password. If you already have an account, simply log in to access your past orders, saved preferences, and payment details. Browse the Menu: Once logged in, use the app or website to browse available restaurants in your area. You can filter by cuisine type, restaurant name, or location. Beyond Menu offers a variety of food categories, such as: Pizza: Choose from classic Italian or local favorites. Asian Cuisine: Sushi, Chinese, Thai, Korean, etc. Mexican: Tacos, burritos, and other Mexican dishes. American: Burgers, sandwiches, and comfort food. Healthy Options: Salads, vegetarian, and vegan dishes. View Restaurant Menus: After selecting a restaurant, browse through its menu. The app shows you detailed descriptions of each item, including prices, ingredients, and options for customizations (such as adding toppings, sauces, or side dishes). You can also view specials or combination meals for discounted prices or exclusive deals. Select Your Items: Once you’ve decided on your meal, select the items and add them to your cart. You can add as many items as you’d like, including sides, drinks, and desserts. Customize Your Order: Customize your order by choosing any extras or modifications. For example, you can specify preferences such as spicy, extra sauce, or dietary restrictions. If available, you can choose between pickup or delivery for your order. Review Your Cart: Once you’ve added everything to your cart, go to your cart page to review the details. You can adjust quantities, remove items, or edit your order before proceeding. Choose Delivery or Pickup: Select whether you want to pick up your food at the restaurant or have it delivered to your location. For pickup, you’ll be given an estimated pickup time. For delivery, enter your address to check availability and delivery fees. You can also specify any special instructions (e.g., gate codes, delivery preferences) during this step. Enter Payment Information: Beyond Menu supports multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards and digital wallets (like PayPal or Apple Pay). You can also apply promo codes or use rewards points (if applicable) for discounts during checkout. Place Your Order: After reviewing your order and payment details, tap Place Order to confirm. Beyond Menu will send you an order confirmation and provide an estimated delivery time or pickup time. Track Your Order: Once your order is in progress, you can track your delivery in real-time through the app. You'll receive updates on the status of your order, including when it’s being prepared, when it's out for delivery, and when it has been delivered. Receive Your Order: For delivery, the driver will bring your food to your specified address. Make sure to be available to receive the delivery. For pickup, head to the restaurant at the designated time and pick up your order at the counter. Leave Feedback and Review: After enjoying your meal, Beyond Menu encourages you to leave a review for the restaurant and the food you ordered. This helps other users make better decisions and supports local businesses. You can rate your experience, provide comments, and suggest improvements. Earn Rewards and Enjoy Discounts: Beyond Menu often offers loyalty rewards and discounts for repeat customers. You can earn points for every order placed, which can be redeemed for future discounts.
