1. Download and install CGC - Construction Group, then sign up with your work email and create your company profile. 2. Create your first project by adding location and dates, setting up phases, and inviting team members and subcontractors with the right permissions. 3. Build the schedule and scope by adding tasks and milestones, assigning owners, and attaching drawings, specs, and other documents. 4. Capture site activity by submitting daily logs, RFIs, punch lists, safety checks, photos, and timesheets from the mobile app. Work offline and sync when you are back online. 5. Monitor progress and share outcomes using dashboards and reports, manage change orders and approvals, export or share reports, and adjust notifications and integrations as needed.
