DasherDirect, by Payfare App User Guide Welcome to the DasherDirect app! This guide will help you navigate the app and take full advantage of its features, including managing your earnings, accessing banking services, and enjoying cash-back rewards. Getting Started Download and Install: Download the DasherDirect app from your device’s app store. Sign In or Register: If you’re a new user, follow the prompts to create an account. You’ll need to provide some basic information and link your Dasher account. If you already have an account, sign in using your email and password. Earnings and Payouts Instant No-Fee Deposits: After each dash, your earnings are automatically deposited into your DasherDirect account with no fees. You can view your earnings and transaction history by tapping on the “Earnings” tab in the app. Checking Your Balance: Your current balance is displayed on the home screen of the app. You can tap on the balance to see a detailed breakdown of recent transactions. Using Your DasherDirect Visa Card Accessing Your Card Information: Tap on the “Card” tab to view your DasherDirect Business Prepaid Visa Card details, including your card number, expiration date, and CVV. If you need a physical card, you can request one through the app, and it will be mailed to you. Making Purchases: Use your DasherDirect Visa Card for everyday purchases like gas, groceries, dining, and more. Your card works anywhere Visa is accepted. You’ll earn cash-back rewards on eligible purchases, which are automatically credited to your account. ATM Withdrawals: Locate no-fee or low-fee ATMs within the app by tapping on “Find an ATM.” Use your DasherDirect Visa Card to withdraw cash from ATMs. Remember that some ATMs may charge a fee if they’re not in the no-fee network. Banking Services Paying Bills: Tap on the “Bill Pay” option to set up and pay your bills directly from your DasherDirect account. Follow the prompts to add payees and schedule payments. Money Transfers: To transfer money to another bank account, tap on “Transfer Money.” Enter the recipient’s account details and the amount you wish to transfer. Confirm the transaction, and the funds will be transferred according to the processing times displayed. Deposits: To deposit checks, use the mobile deposit feature by selecting “Deposit” from the home screen. Follow the instructions to capture photos of the check and submit it for deposit. Cash-Back Rewards Earning Cash-Back: Use your DasherDirect Visa Card for purchases at eligible merchants, including gas stations, restaurants, and travel services. Cash-back rewards are automatically added to your account balance. Viewing Rewards: Tap on the “Rewards” section to see a summary of your earned cash-back and the transactions that qualified for rewards. Managing Your Account Update Personal Information: In the “Settings” menu, you can update your personal information, including your address, phone number, and email. If you need to change your bank details or payment preferences, you can do so from the “Banking” section. Security Settings: Enable biometric login (fingerprint or face recognition) for added security when accessing your account. You can also change your password and update other security settings within the app. Customer Support Contact Support: If you have questions or need assistance, tap on the “Support” option in the app. You can reach customer service via phone or email. The app also offers a help center with FAQs and troubleshooting tips. Logging Out To log out, tap on your profile icon or the settings menu, and select Log Out. Always log out after each session to keep your account secure.
