Hive® Game

Place your Queen Bee by your fourth turn and expand the hive by placing tiles that touch only your own color. Move pieces according to their unique abilities to slide, jump, or climb into advantageous positions. Keep the hive as one connected group at all times and never break it when moving a piece. Surround the opposing Queen Bee on all six sides to win while maintaining escape routes for your own queen. Pin enemy pieces by restricting their freedom or climbing on top so they cannot move, then convert pressure into a full surround. Choose each turn to place a new piece or move an existing one to control space, create threats, and defend key angles.
