1. Download and open the app, ensure your Philips Hue Bridge and lights are powered on and on the same network, and grant local network and optional microphone permissions. 2. Tap Connect to discover your Hue Bridge, press the bridge link button when prompted, then choose the rooms or zones you want to control. 3. Pick a Halloween theme or effect preset, then adjust brightness, color palette, speed, and intensity to fit your space. 4. Enable Sound Reactive mode to sync lights with music or spooky sounds, and fine-tune sensitivity for the best response. 5. Set schedules or timers for trick-or-treat hours, save custom presets for one-tap reuse, and optionally assign different effects to different rooms.
