Download & Install – Install the TeamViewer Assist AR app from the app store and open it on your device. Connect with Support – Share your unique ID with the support technician to establish a remote connection for assistance. Enable Camera Access – Allow the technician to view your device’s camera feed for AR-based guidance during troubleshooting. Follow Visual Instructions – The technician will use AR to overlay visual cues, arrows, and text on your screen, guiding you through tasks step-by-step. Real-Time Interaction – Communicate with the technician via voice or chat while following the AR instructions to solve the issue. Use Hand Gestures or Touch – In some cases, you can interact with the AR interface through gestures or by tapping on the screen for specific actions. End the Session – Once the issue is resolved, disconnect the remote session through the app to complete the support process.
