HOW TO PLAY:
1. Download and open VitalPulse, then allow camera, Bluetooth, motion, and Health permissions when prompted.
2. Choose Measure with Camera or Connect a Device, then follow the on-screen guide to place your fingertip over the camera or pair a wearable.
3. Start a measurement and stay still until the reading finishes to view your BPM, zone, and optional notes.
4. Save and tag the reading as resting, post-workout, or custom, then set reminders and enable sync with Apple Health or Google Fit.
5. Open Trends to review daily, weekly, and monthly charts, and export a report if you need to share your data with a coach or clinician.
